- Additional equipment is required – including a TV, towels, bed linen, kitchenware, and more (included in the equipment packages);
- Timely settlement of ongoing property expenses is necessary. We offer full support in this process through our expense management service, as well as coverage of cleaning costs.

During rental periods, the property management team ensures full preparation for guest arrivals – including professional cleaning, provision of all necessary consumables, and complete guest servicing. Utility costs such as electricity, water, television, and other services during the stay are included in the rental price, ensuring seamless management and convenience.
Owners receive regular updates regarding occupancy, generated income, and incurred expenses, providing full transparency and control.
The management company retains an agreed percentage and/or fee for marketing and management services. The net rental income is paid out once annually to a bank account specified by you, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. In case of any change in bank details, timely notification is required to ensure proper processing of payments.
