We are happy to announce that Santa Marina Tennis Centre will be proudly hosting the Davis Cup edition in the period April 5-8, 2017 in partnership with the Bulgarian Tennis Federation /BTF/. The third outdoor tennis season will be officially opened at Santa Marina Tennis Centre on April 4, 2017 with the draw for the 15 teams competing to determine which two nations will be promoted to Europe/Africa Zone Group II in 2018. 

Fifteen teams featuring Bulgaria, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro and San Marino are expected to arrive at Santa Marina Holiday Village in Sozopol for the group round. Davis Cup now being the largest annual international team competition in sports, organized by the International Tennis Federation /ITF/, will set the ball rolling for a season full of prominent national and international tennis tournaments at Santa Marina. 

With a modern facility of 8 hard-surface courts with a fantastic sea view, the Santa Marina Tennis Centre has already marked two previous successful seasons of high-ranked tennis events, hosting 18 prestigious national and international tournaments and welcoming over 200 players from over 20 countries on 4 continents.

This year, The Santa Marina Tennis Centre team has planned some new activities for the outdoor season featuring a variety of tennis camps for kids, amateurs and professional players.
